MISSIÓN:
To plan, to program, to make pursuit and to advise in the establishment from the formative required offers of agreements to the plans of the project Country, in pro of the development of an integral capacitaciòn for young, adults and workers inside the industrial sector, to originate the constituciòn of the objectives of the development endògeno to give sostentabilidad to the unfolding of the nets of social producciòn, like complementaciòn base to the sectors: Agriculture-industrial, Housing, Rail, Manufacturers (Textile, Footwear) and Tourism.
VISIÓN:
To guarantee the technical productive development of the industrial sector, based on the creation, upgrade or adjustment of the formative required offers, under the conception of satisfying the demands demanded by the new model of Social Producciòn, emphasizing in the technological modern autosostentabilidad, to guarantee the autonomy of the sector in supplying the internal demand of the Country, contributing to the endogenous development and the transformation of the productive apparatus of the Country heading for the socialism.
