MISSIÓN:

Constribuir to the development of the productive sectors of the country with the formation and improvement of young and adults to insert them as qualified manpower, to the service of the Venezuelan industries in the social new outlines of the economy.

Ofrecer día a día formación profesional en el área y servicios tecnológicos de excelencia, con base en la búsqueda permanente de eficiencia organizativa, innovación tecnológica y relaciones estrechas con la demanda por parte de la población y empresa. 

 VISIÓN:

To consolidate the system of professional formation of the sector construction with the purpose of developing the possibilities to develop in the citizens organized in cooperative solidary and sustainable, as productive units of the national economy and instigators of the endogenous local development that he/she gives efficient and opportune answer to the sector construction, technological and humanistic at world level.

GENERAL OBJECTIVE:

To form, to enable and to perfect the youths and adults that are required to satisfy the necessities of the manpower in all the levels that it demands the productive process in the industry of the construction, of agreement with the national and regional necessities, giving answer to the population that requires of the knowledge of an useful occupation for itself and for the country.
