The members of the Brigade of Autoconstrucción of the Project of Habitat and Housing, they carried out theoretical and practical tests that it executes the construction and rehabilitation of housings through the communal advice Galician" "Rómulo, of the municipality Tinaco, state Cojedes, the same one was executed by representatives of the National Institute of Qualification and Education Socialist (Inces) , through the National Plan of Occupational Certification and of Knowledge. 

The comuneros and comuneras of Galician" "Rómulo, gave beginning to the project of 60 residence solutions through Habitat and Housing, which understands the construction of 30 houses in substitution of ranches and other 30 will be rehabilitated; with the self-management they will execute 6 additional housings.

Through Inces, the comuneros of the brigade will be endorsed by knowledge and experiences that carry out in the construction works and rehabilitation of the housings; recognizing this way the dexterity and abilities in the construction area to all the comuneros that have more than two (2) years exercising an occupation or occupation and that they don't possess a credential that  recognize them the popular knowledge.

The bricklayers belonging to the communal advice Galician" "Rómulo, during the day was applied the theoretical and practical valuations of the construction area, when carried out the improvements of a housing belonging to Yusmary Alfonzo, comunera benefitted by the autoconstrucción brigade.

Yuraima Barreto, spokeswoman of the communal advice Galician" "Rómulo, it delimited that we are giving residence answers to a community of 65 comuneros and comuneras, thanks to the organization of the brigades that  will allow the construction and rehabilitation of our housings."  also referred to that is a joint work among Inces and the community that  has brought excellent benefits to families of low resources, single mothers and special cases of accumulation.

It is "important that all the communities take advantage of the opportunity that them this offering the National Government of being certified, and that this is an emanated Plan of the State", Barreto said.

In the activity  were present, the facilitators Douglas Villegas, in the construction area; Williams Velásquez, in the forge area; Aryan Rosvira, of the School for the Invigoration of the Popular (EFPP) Power, Palmenis Carmona and Navarrese Keila, by the Unit of Support Technician and Meris Herrera, Zaida Castro, Richard Zambrano, integral of the Communal Council.
