Caracas, 18 Jul. AVN. - I - The closing, in this week, of V International Forum of Philosophy, left sowed among us, again, the permanent necessity of the critical thought to understand each other in society and before the history; to understand the current fights of the towns; to notice the lessons of the past and to locate us appropriately in our flowing present time and full with contradictions.

The reality contemporary historical amerita to think it critically, if we want to assimilate it to cabalidad. We should be attentive to their ways of showing and, mainly, to sharpen our vision when, like it happens today, it is loaded with threats and of dangers.

If we look in the distance, there is a group of elements that you/they are highly worrying: the military exercises that South Korean and foreigners carry out in the waters of the Yellow Sea; the pressures Iran has more than enough to dare to develop nuclear energy with peaceful ends; the mobilization of the yank armadas and Israeli near the Persian costs; the violence that is to the agenda in Iraq and Afghanistan for its condition of busy countries militarily for the empire; the criminal blockade to Gaza on the part of Israel with the approval of Washington.

The world relationships are tightened and it is absent a political real will to solve the crises. The Government of Obama is demonstrating to be, in the words and in the facts, the second administration Bush: it follows the warlike same line and the same strategy of imperial dominance.

But if we bring near the look to our region, our concerns increase reaching alarm signs. Let us see: the declarations, when concluding last month, of Arturo Valenzuela, enclosed Secretary of State from United States for Latin America, in those that it assures that "the most difficult" relationship for them is with Venezuela; the permanent and false accusations of organisms of the administration Obama on our supposed nexuses with the international drug traffic; the surprising presence, and without convincing explanations, of thousands of you marinate in Costa Rica with an included important fleet; the recent sobrevuelos of airplanes of Holland has more than enough national territory; the develación of the plans of violent desestabilización after the Salvadoran terrorist's capture Chávez Embraces; Alejandro's detention Peña Sluice, character of wide prontuario golpista, with explosive material in his power; the pretense of the Chilean Senate of interfering in the electoral process of September 26, in franc and abominable irrespeto to the National State Bolivariano and their institutions; the irresponsible declarations on behalf of the Government from Colombia that, again, he insists on being related with the guerrilla, what forced me to announce a possible rupture of relationships if it continues the madness that has taken possession of the House of Nariño, following the one it guided

Go panorama! We would be frank if to this sum of aggressions we don't give on the whole a reading. Everything is related and in perfect conjunction. I think that we are before a reactualización of the imperial American doctrine that faces the new projects of sovereignty that are ahead in Our America. Such a doctrine receives the magnificent name of "Dominance of complete" spectrum, and the one which, in the Mexican investigator's words Carlos Fazio, "forms part of a vast one and larvado process of populations' control that combines with the occupation, cuadriculación and integral classification of territories, and a refuncionalización of spaces highly profitable geoestratégicos from the optics of the great capital."

The countries that we have decided to work the future with the towns like main characters of the history, are in the aim again. And, of course, Venezuela is the first of the list in America of the South.

Of there that, for us, it is absolutely decisive to obtain a crushing victory in the legislative elections of September 26. When on same Wednesday July 14 attended the evaluation meeting and checkup of patrol cars Bolívar 200, I got the attention about the necessity of shielding our red machinery of face to a battle that the merely electoral thing transcends: they have already conformed to near 70% of the patrol cars, but we have to hurry the march to arrive to 100% and to begin the unfolding of our forces. We should work very hard, fusing conscience and organization, discarding - and this goes towards our spokespersons and spokespersons - any triunfalismo form.

It is in game the life of the Homeland: we don't have another option that to conquer and to conquer convincingly.

And let us don't forget that, today per today, our Revolution embodies an alive hope for Our America and for the whole humanity. In a titled beautiful text "A message for Venezuela", motivated by the elections of September 26, two revolutionary big intellectuals, Atilio Borón and Fernando Good Abbot express, with lucid conviction, this feeling nuestroamericano and universal: "These elections are a step more and of all. The votes now get ready in the hearts like a front that it represents hundreds of millions of men and women in the entire world that everywhere yearn to say to each Venezuelan how much it cares that it triumphs again, gorgeously, their Revolution in the urns, in the recovered factories, in the lands reapropiadas, in their debates and in their schools... World choir of Venezuelan dreams and of all us."

Now then, I want to close this section returning at the beginning of this reflexive development. And I make it inspiring by Fidel's example - how happy we feel for their public reappearance!- and uniting to the spirit and the letter of the alert call that comes us making, for weeks, about the certain possibility of an atomic war of the yank empire against the Iranian worthy town: we won't be pending only of the elections and an event of big proportions surprises us. We are before a really worrying situation and we should have answer capacity in any land.

This Thursday, in national chain, we could see an unheard show: how it operates a band of criminals when they feel the justice close. I refer to the autodesalojo that carried out, completing superior orders, the employees of Econoinvest: a true mafia dedicated to the swindle in the most shameless way and cybernetics.

We thought that we had seen everything, as regards crimes, after the intervention of bag houses, brokerages, and of certain banks. But, in fact and truly, the case of Econoinvest is truly so unusual that it deserves a reflection.

To the rich ones and the middle class that wanted to protect their savings in form of funds, this mafia left them the pelero. Their voracity was such that wondered of sure what we can steal to the poor.

As humble people lives economically almost a day and it is little what can dedicate to the saving, these scoundrels ascended to the neighborhoods, from their computers, to be stolen the identities and this way tracalear with people true and false documents, taking for incautious to those who ignored until the existence of this house of gangsters.

All they forged it with an advertising attractive campaign that sold them as serious and reliable company, and with some computers from which concocted the whole plot of the swindle. This should light the alarms of our intelligence organisms because it is about the health of the economy of the country. We should be rigorously self-critical: we cannot continue being deceived by this class of modalities delicuenciales.

This is the true rottenness: The cancer in metastasis of the capitalism!!

I am Christian, as the one that more, and I believe in the message liberador of Christ: in the good one new of the redemption of the oppressed ones, of the convicts of the Earth.

Now then, when this week I have requested to our Chancellery the revision of the agreement subscribed between Venezuela and the State Vatican in 1964 - negotiated, by the way, secretly -, it obeys it a powerful reason: the Catholic Church, through its high hierarchy, seeks to have privileges supraconstitucionales, as if it was a power supraestatal, and ignores the lay character of the Venezuelan State openly.

But not only that: nobody can be placed outside of the Constitution and to call to avoid the execution of the laws, like it was made in the infamous one I Exhort given to know in passed days. Remember you the article 59 of our great letter: well should know the Catholic hierarchy the consequences that come off of the same one and that they don't discriminate against to the moment to sanction or to punish.

Bad that him in spite of the Catholic high hierarchy, the majority option of our town is for the Venezuelan road toward the socialism. It is our socialism, Bolivariano and of the XXI century, for via democratic participatory and of popular protagonism. Not we copy models because our challenge is, robinsonianamente speaking, to invent one new, in function of the Venezuelan specificities.

How touching, touching until the tears, it was to contemplate the process of exhumation of our Liberator's mortal remains on Thursday July 15. In those glorious bones  could feel their alive blaze. The blaze that we are us, because in us: Bolívar lives!

And now, when our town has done with infinite respect the discovery of those remains, an immense blaze of love and of Native passion it has begun to travel the national soul, the national spirit, the national body.

Poor of those that don't feel it!

Let us live us, the patriots and the patriots intensely, this Era Bolivariana!

Finally, today is the day of the children and of the girls.

Much more than dedicating  these lines to send the blessing and my words full with love to all and all my small and small countrymen, to my children, daughters, grandsons and granddaughters, children of my blood... Much more than that, I dedicate them my life, let us dedicate them and them our life. Let Us Say with Martí: "Everything that makes it is for the children"
