With the objective of knowing the legal new instrument that governs to the Communal Council and after the fight of an Admirable Campaign that strengthens the revolution bolivariana, it began to be executed the Plan of Adaptation to Communal Council that it will approach the 11 municipalities of the New state Esparta in a simultaneous way. 

The methodological shop was carried out this weekend in the auditórium of the Center of Formation Socialist (CFS)  The Coconuts, reason for which conformed to a multidisciplinary team integrated by representatives of the National Institute of Qualification and Education Socialist (Inces), other entities attributed to the Ministry of the Popular Power for the Communes (MPCyPS), other government institutions, spokespersons and spokespersons of the communal different advice.

In the activity it was present the deputy of the National (AN) Assembly for Socialist Party of Venezuela (Psuv), Juan Millán who informed that the party discusses the topic of the communal advice and he/she has such an importance for the revolution the Popular Power that a commission was created in the party that is dedicated to that work.

Saúl Gómez of Fundacomunal, was the one in charge of making the presentation of the Plan and it pointed out that it is adapting to the communal advice to the Organic new Law of the Communal Council, which the past was sanctioned November 26 2009 and it was promulgated in Official Gazette November of the same year 28.

"Starting from that moment the Communal Council enter in a phase of advanced popular, since the organic law that regulates the matter establishes him/her the double condition of being, in the first place, participation instance, articulation and integration among the citizens and citizens and the community diverse organizations, social and popular movements, and the second condition of to be and to behave in an effective way as community government to exercise the management of the public politicians and projects guided to the community" development directly, Gómez assured.

 On the other hand, the rector of MPCyPS in the insular region, Kira Andrade, highlighted that in the process of application of the Law in the relative thing to the adaptation and registration of the communal advice three work scenarios are identified: the communal registered advice with conquered shoutings, communal registered advice with effective shoutings and communal advice in conformation, "for they have been designed it differentiated adaptation processes, which will be diffused efficiently", affirmed.
