In the mark of the celebration of the 157 anniversary of the Apostle's birthday and national hero from Cuba and of America, José Martí, and having like reference the thought bolivariano and martiano, the National Institute of Qualification and Education Socialita region Merida, attributed to the Ministry of the Popular Power for the Communes and Protection Social (MPCyPS) , began the socio-political formation directed to Supervisors, Instructors (fixed and hired), Bosses of Program and Coordinators of this educational institution. 

The formation is developed in a simultaneous way in the Centers of Formation Socialist (CFS)  Merida, Azulita and The Masthead and bill with 122 participants who receive instruction in the modules: Ethics and Citizenship, to Be able to Popular, and finally an integrative work, with a duration of 46 hours.

In this sense, Inc like School for the Invigoration of the Popular Power, plays a preponderant role, before the president's call Hugo Chávez, to "transform the whole homeland into a school", what is similar to create the conditions to give political quality and technical formation to the Revolutionary Town.

These 122 participants are involved in the stage of transformation of Inces, because they should be to the height of the historical time that Venezuela lives, since in their hands it rests the responsibility of the formation and men's qualification and women; in such a sense, they require of a revolutionary full conscience and an attention peculiar to the big challenges that are glimpsed.
