In the state Falcón
With the inauguration of the Center of Formation of Holcim of
Venezuela, Cumarebo, municipality Plants Zamora of the state Falcón
beginning it was given per time first, to the National Plan of Learning
(PNA) of the National Institute of Qualification and Socialist
Education (Inces) attributed to the Ministry of the Popular Power for
the Communes and Social Protection (MPCyPS), through the one which, 20
youths of the municipalities Zamora, Tocópero and Hill will have the
great opportunity to self teach and to be young useful to the society.
In this sense the regional
manager of Inc Falcón, Blanca Luisa Valleys informed that in
this opportunity through this strategic alliance between Inces and Holcim, they
were selected 20 youths who will have the opportunity to be enabled in mechanics
and maintenance electricity. Added that it is "a novel initiative that has
a three year-old duration, it is a formation theoretical-practice, during which
will perceive a wage and the benefits that it contemplates the Law."
On the other hand José
Camejo, director of plant of Holcim of Venezuela, expressed that this
initiative is born after an arduous work of presenting proposals for the
reacondicionamiento and adaptation of the facilities where the residence of the
workers worked, for that which BsF was approved. 850.000. It indicated that PNA
one came executing for the company Holcim in San Sebastian, state Aragua,
and in the mark of the process of transition of the company cement plant the
facilities were rescued and crystallized the project with the inauguration of
the Center of Socialist Formation (CFS).
The aprendiza Elismar
Sánchez, pointed out that it is "a process of professional formation where
they will be given the tools to be professional. It considered that are pioneer
in the municipality Zamora of this strategy
and it is necessary to fulfill the proposed" goals.
Also studying Carlos
Aguirreche, added it is "an opportunity that will allow to become
independent, to be able to help to our families, to our communities and in a
future to continue with the university studies, through the development of the
knowledge in the youths."
